Shipping Policy

Processing & dispatch

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email when the shipping label is created.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service. Orders over $200 ship free. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded, tamper-evident packaging. Products are supplied as a lyophilized, shelf-stable powder and do not require cold-chain shipping.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on every order. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll look into it.

All sales are final

Because these are research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before you check out.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.
